This page was an effort based in customers and meetings with sales representatives to sneak up on the essence of the solution-specific partnership between the Minnesota Vikings and Lumen.

Below you see the page in it’s entirety. As with all our customer stories pages, the Vikings page breaks the story down into three sections: Challenges, Solutions and Results. Each of these three sections is populated by vetted client responses to scrutinized questions developed and refined by editor and writer. Stakeholders for this project–with this client–we numerous as you can imagine. Please all those stakeholders through multiple rounds of virtual, asynchronous reviews was a unique challenge. The fact that it came together so neatly in the end is a real testament to the working relationship between UX, design, copy and project management.
